Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using FamilyPilot. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful family coordination purposes.
Using FamilyPilot
FamilyPilot helps families organize people, birthdays, wishes, invitations, calendars, and heritage information. You are responsible for the information you add and for making sure you have permission to share it with your family group.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use FamilyPilot for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Accounts and Family Codes
You are responsible for keeping your account access and family codes secure. If you believe someone has access who should not, update your family settings or contact support.
Family owners and admins are responsible for managing invitations, roles, and access within their family group.
Content
You retain responsibility for the family information, photos, wishlists, heritage details, and other content you add to FamilyPilot.
Do not upload content that violates someone else's rights or privacy, or content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful.
Service Changes
FamilyPilot may change, add, or remove features over time. We may also suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers
FamilyPilot is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every feature will always be error-free.
Heritage and discovery features may surface possible connections or information, but they should not be treated as guaranteed genealogical conclusions.
