Send a message to flightcrew@pilotsuite.design and include the email address on your FamilyPilot account, a short description of the issue, and any screenshots that may help.
Please do not send sensitive family codes, payment details, or private information unless support specifically asks for it.
Common Requests
We can help with login issues, family code recovery, invitation questions, profile or birthday problems, wishlist issues, notification troubleshooting, and account or data questions.
If your issue involves a family owner or admin setting, let us know your family name and what you are trying to change.
